ABOUT ME
With 10 years in the culinary world—working in hotels, dude ranches, and family-owned favorites—I’ve experienced a wide range of kitchens, and there’s still so much more ahead. Over the years, I’ve brought an authentic Montana experience to every type of table, from lively family gatherings to small, intimate dinners.
When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll likely find me on the river. Among the many activities Montana has to offer, fly fishing has been a passion of mine for years. Since I was a kid, my grandmother taught me the ways of a fisherman: patience, precision, and the understanding that when everything comes together just right, a moment of pure bliss unfolds.

Throughout my career, I’ve learned that what really matters is who’s around the table. The best chefs—and the best families—know that it’s the people we share the moment with that make the night special.
My goal is to build a menu around your ideas and what you’re looking for, considering any and all dietary preferences.
